2. Bookings & Reservations
2.1 Accuracy of Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and booking information, including contact details, dates, player count, handicap (if required), and special requests. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay confirmation.
2.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once FCN Golf Vacations provides written confirmation and the required payment or deposit has been received. Availability depends on our trusted third-party suppliers such as golf courses and hotels.
2.3 Prices
Prices are stated in the currency listed on your invoice and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices may change due to supplier adjustments or currency fluctuations, but once full payment is received, your price is locked.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 Payment Terms
Most reservations require a deposit to secure your booking and full payment by the deadline listed on your invoice. Late or missing payments may result in cancellation by suppliers.
3.2 Cancellations by the Guest
Cancellation policies vary depending on the golf courses, hotels, or service providers. Generally:
- More than 14 days before arrival: Refundable minus non-refundable supplier fees.
- 7–14 days before arrival: Partial refund depending on suppliers.
- Less than 7 days: Non-refundable.
- No-shows: Fully non-refundable.
3.3 Cancellations by FCN Golf Vacations or Suppliers
In the event of course closures, weather disruptions, hotel overbookings, or safety issues, FCN Golf Vacations will offer alternative arrangements or a refund according to supplier policies.
4. Golf Course & Event Policies
4.1 Tee-Time Regulations
Guests must respect confirmed tee times. Late arrivals may result in forfeited bookings, as most golf courses operate strict schedules.
4.2 Course Rules
Guests must follow course rules, dress codes, etiquette standards, and all safety instructions during play.
4.3 Weather Conditions
