Fatima Corporation Sdn Bhd (FCSB) is a leading Malaysian enterprise specializing in the import and sale of luxury vehicles. Our History
Originally incorporated as a family investment entity, FCSB remained dormant until March 2003, when new management revitalized the company. Under the leadership of Dato' Wan Ramli bin Wan Jusoh, FCSB entered the luxury car import sector, forming a strategic partnership with Tenaga Wan Bersaudara Sdn Bhd (TWSB), a legal Import Permit (AP) holder. This collaboration enabled FCSB to import high-end brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Bentley, Porsche, and Audi directly from international suppliers.

In 2006, FCSB established Car Trade Sdn Bhd as a dedicated subsidiary to handle luxury vehicle imports and sales. The venture proved highly successful, strengthening the company’s market presence. However, the unforeseen economic downturn and challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022) prompted FCSB to consolidate operations, absorbing Car Trade Sdn Bhd’s assets, liabilities, and equity to ensure long-term business sustainability.

By 2023, with economic conditions stabilizing, FCSB resumed its luxury vehicle import business under its own branding. To accommodate this expansion, the company managed to acquiring a prime real estate in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, where it developed a state-of-the-art showroom and business facility. By June 2024, all operations were centralized at this new headquarters, reinforcing FCSB’s commitment to providing top-tier products and services.
